Bruce Wayne Goldsmith, age 67, of Hartley Road, Waldron, Michigan passed away Wednesday, June 9, 2004 at Charlotte Stephenson Manor in Adrian, Michigan. He was born November 26, 1936 in Adrian, Michigan to Isaac and Rose (Ross) Goldsmith. He married Jan Good on September 17, 1955 in Alvordton, Ohio and she survives.

Bruce was employed at Michigan Milk Producers in Adrian for 27 years and retired in 2001 from Herbson Manufacturing in Montpelier, Ohio. He enjoyed hunting and dearly loved his wife, children and grandchildren.

Surviving Bruce besides his wife, Jan of Waldron are three daughters, Rose Lee of Red Level, Alabama, Peggy Goldsmith of Waldron, Michigan and Vicky Gary of Jasper, Michigan; two sisters, Doris (Earl) Whitehead of Sand Creek, Michigan and Lynda (Ernie) Stangle of Turner Station, Kentucky; one brother, Orville (Phyllis) Goldsmith of Roscommon, Michigan; eight grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Memorial services for Bruce Goldsmith will be Saturday, June 12, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at Open Door Bible Church in Hudson with Rev. Rick Bloom officiating. Private interment will be in Waldron Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, June 11, 2004 from 6:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m. at the Eagle Funeral Home in Hudson.
