Kathryn Janet Fox, age 90, of Waldron, Michigan passed away Sunday, April 18, 2004, at Herrick Manor in Tecumseh, Michigan. She was born April 1,1914, in Waldron, Michigan to Joshua and Lena (Way) Yeagley.

She married John R. Fox on May 29,1947, in Waldron and he preceded her in death on May 26, 1982. Kathryn and her husband John owned and operated Waldron Telephone Company since 1945. She was a graduate of Waldron High School and attended the Waldron Church of Christ.

Surviving Kathryn are one sister, Phyllis Willis of Lansing, Michigan; two nieces, Nann Yeagley Tyler of Livonia, Michigan and Kathy Banchero of Farmington, Michigan. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one sister, Barbara Yeagley, and one brother, Robert Yeagley.

Funeral services for Kathryn will be Thursday, April 22, 2004, at 2:30 p.m. at Eagle Funeral Home in Waldron with Pastor Devon Strine officiating. Interment will follow in Waldron Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from2-4 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. at Kathryn's home in Waldron.
