Phyllis J. Price, age 67, of Waldron passed away Wednesday, April 28, 2004, at Hillsdale Community Health Center. She was born February 6, 1937 in St. Marys, Ohio to Clyde E. and Susie A. (Fuller) Miller.

Phyllis was a life long Hillsdale County area resident, retiring from Waldron Industries in 1999 with over 30 years of service and graduated from Hillsdale High School in 1955. She was a member of the Waldron Athletic Boosters, an avid bingo player, enjoyed all sports with NASCAR and hockey being her favorites.

Surviving Phyllis is one son, Steven (Cheryl) Price of Waldron, three grandchildren, Tosha, Keshia and Taylor. Her parents and one brother, Donald Miller, preceded her in death.

Funeral services for Phyllis will be Friday, April 30, 2004, at 2:00 p.m. at Eagle Funeral Home in Waldron with Rev. Rick Puckett officiating. Interment will be at East Hill Cemetery in Jefferson Township at a later date. Visitation will be Thursday from 6-8 p.m.
