Aubrey L. Bender, age 75, of Pittsford, Michigan passed away Saturday, December 17, 2005, at Adrian Health care. He was born November 30, 1930, in Waldron, Michigan to Lear V. and Gatha (Flowers) Bender.

Aubrey was a life long Hillsdale County area resident. He retired from C & N Industries in 1992 and was a member of the First Congregational Church in Pittsford.

Surviving Aubrey is one brother, Ralph Bender of Florida, adopted friends and family, Beverly Alleger and Bobbi Byrd of Osseo and several nieces and nephews. His parents, four brothers, Carmon, Lester, Roger and Raymond Bender, preceded him in death.

Funeral services for Aubrey will be Wednesday, December 21, 2005, at 3:00 p.m. at the Pittsford First Congregational Church in Pittsford with Pastor Terry Bobzein officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 20, 2005 from 5-7 p.m. at the Eagle Funeral Home in Hudson. Interment will be in Waldron Cemetery.
