NORMAN D. OSBORN, SR., age 57 years passed away Thursday, December 6, 2007 at Hillsdale Community Health Center in Hillsdale. He was born on November 7, 1950 in Hudson, the son of Pierce A. and Evelyn M. (Mepham) Osborn. Norman lived in the Prattville area for most of his life. He enjoyed playing cards, dice, putting puzzles together and listening to country music, especially Country Gospel on Sunday morning.

Norman is survived by five children, Norman (Elly) Osborn, Jr. of Pittsford, Stacy (Darrel) Landel of Waldron, Nathan Osborn, Brian Osborn both of Pittsford and Eric Osborn of Reading, his mother, Evelyn M. Osborn of Pittsford, seven grandchildren and one step granddaughter, five siblings, Clyde (Roberta) Osborn of Hillsdale, Norma Delaney of Waldron, Charles (Beverly) Osborn of Pittsford, Evelyn (Donald) Reese of Waldron and Mike Osborn of Hillsdale, his ex-wife Brenda Osborn of Pittsford and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by three daughters, Sondra, Peggy and Denise, his father, four sisters, Susie, Sharon Kay, Jerry and Dutch; two brothers Jimmy and Pierce “Bones”.

Funeral Services for Norman will be at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, December 10, 2007 at the Brown-Van Hemert Funeral Home in Hudson with Pastor Samuel Wickard officiating. Interment will follow at Lime Creek Cemetery in Medina Township. Visitation will be on Sunday, December 9, 2007 from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. at the Brown-Van Hemert Funeral Home in Hudson. Memorials are suggested to the family.
