Robert P. Malchow, age 67, of Waldron, Michigan passed away, Monday, October 29, 2007, at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio. He was born June 10, 1940, in Cleveland, Ohio to Albert and Marjorie (Myers) Malchow. He married Linda Youtzy on February 12, 1994, in Fayette, Ohio and she survives.

Bob graduated from Hilltop High School Class of 1958, and worked at TRW in Fayette as a supervisor from 1975 until 1999 when he retired due to health reasons. He really missed the people he worked with. He enjoyed being outside and mowing and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Surviving Bob, besides his wife, Linda of Waldron are two daughters, Lisa (Scott) Hayes of Pioneer, Ohio and Laura (Jeff) Clingaman of Stryker, Ohio and one stepson, Shane (Karen) Jarrell of Zeeland, Michigan. Also surviving are children, Dawn Kuszmaul, Kelly Bowers, and Eric Malchow; 10 grandchildren, one step granddaughter, two great grandchildren and one sister, Mary Lou Wall. His parents preceded him in death.

Funeral services for Bob Malchow will be Friday, November 2, 2007, at 2:00 p.m. at Eagle Funeral Home in Fayette with Rev. Gene Zugg officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant View Union Cemetery in Fayette. Visitation will be Thursday from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. Memorial contributions can be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
